Shipping and returns policy

Free pick up in store

In-store pickup is available again! Once your order is ready to be picked up, we'll send you a confirmation message. You can then pick up your parcel in the store during opening hours (Monday to Saturday: 11 a.m. to 18 p.m. and Sunday 11 a.m. to 17 p.m.).

 

Shipping

Québec

Our current delivery times are 4-10 working days. A tracking number will be sent to you once your order is processed. 

Please note that delivery is now done by bike throughout the Island of Montreal. In this case, there is no tracking number. Please contact us with any questions regarding the status of your order. 

Standard shipping costs $ 8.00 CAD.

Free delivery for any purchase of $ 75 CAD and more before taxes for orders delivered in Quebec. 

 

Rest of Canada 

Our current delivery times are 4-10 working days. A tracking number will be sent to you once your order is processed. 

Standard shipping costs $ 10.00 CAD.
Delivery is free with a purchase of CAD $ 75 or more before taxes.


United States :

Shipping charges will be calculated based on weight at checkout. Please select the shipping method at this time (Trackable Small Packet or xpresspost). A tracking number will be sent to you once your order is processed. 

Customs charges (if applicable) are the buyer's responsibility. 

Delivery is free with a purchase of CAD $ 200 and more before taxes for all orders delivered to the United States.

 

Europe:

Shipping charges will be calculated based on weight at checkout. Please select the shipping method at this time (Trackable Small Packet or xpresspost). A tracking number will be sent to you once your order is processed.

Please note that we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. However, if this is the case, please contact us directly so that we can follow up with the delivery service. .**

 

 

The packaging

All the boxes and packaging materials we receive are used to ship your orders to give them a second life! So don't be alarmed if your box looks like it has been used before! Likewise for the use of plastics and derivatives. Anything you find in your package as plastic packaging is in fact reused to avoid throwing it away. 

 

Returns

We do not accept exchanges or refunds on our products, unless there is a problem or defect with the product. 
In this case, do not hesitate to contact us by email info@klova.ca with as much detail as possible (with photos also if possible)
In cases of known allergies, please carefully consult the ingredient lists before making your purchases.
